Performing best practice and using premium quality equipment and materials, IAN has successfully delivered desalination projects with daily volume of 10.000 m³, over the past decade.
We offer:
- Reverse Osmosis systems
- Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)
- Water Tank Filling Station Services
- Water Systems Automation
Our vision
IAN strives to improve quality of life in Saudi Arabia and the region by securing water resources, sustainability and high standards.
Our Mission
We view clients as success partners, retaining their trust is priority we fulfill by understanding our responsibilities. We partner in research and developing innovative solutions focused on safeguarding water resources across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Our Methodology
Today, we’re proud of our domestic produce and our expertise in building and managing various successful water systems, IAN began expanding horizontally by launching its factory for mass production in order to meet demand for scale projects, and vertically through our core R&D center with focus on continue improving our products and services based on the following methodology we developed over years of experience:
Services
IAN has reaped the benefits of our methodology in terms of products development as performance and longevity are currently very competitive in larger-scale projects follow decade of customizing desalination systems, material and equipment experimentation as well as applying best practice in installation.
Our key products including:
1- Mobile RO units with capacity ranging from 600 to 1800 m³
2- RO plants up to 40,000 m³
3- Sea Water desalination plants reaching 100,000 m³
Whether operating manual or automated RO systems, IAN’s adopted monitoring and evaluation to guarantee instant response and perfect after sale service.
Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) manages the flow of power in microseconds making complicated networks simpler and more accuracy is now possible to production lines in order to avoid destruction of equipment particularly in water operations. IAN’s tailor made approach throughout the phases of design, programming and building PLC control panels has advantaged our products fitness in the field:
1- Ucs and Booster control panels
2- RO control panel with PLC
3- Star Delta control panel
4- Sewage treatment systems controllers
Using quality hardware is an essential part of any optimal performance, IAN relies on SIEMENS and Schneider Electric to guarantee consistent functioning operations without disruptions.
IAN’s extensive experience in building and operating Water Tanker Fill Station as the company manages several sites across the kingdom, we serve around 8500 cubic meter of treated water, around 400 trucks visit our sites daily.
Our team is happy to provide the following services:
1- Off-site and on-site design, build and management.
2- RO systems calibration and validation.
3- Power and water lines services and maintenance.
4- Administrative assistant and consulting.
In IAN, we’re determined to continue boosting our performance as currently we’re obtaining ISO 9001 soon and 14001 expected in 2023, in addition to carefully managing our growth via introducing more products and environmental services;
1- Urban wastewater treatment.
2- Reuse water recovery.
3-Industrial water recycling.
For many reasons, water is becoming a challenging as 40% of the globe countries will face high risks in securing resources by 2040 particularly dry lands. several examples illustrate the importance of automation due the water-processes optimization role in reducing problem occurrence and loss prevention, basically transforming the purpose digital tools from a nice-to-have, but rather a must-have.
IAN relies on IoT transformational tools:
1- Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) is the category of software applications to control industrial processes (machine-to-machine communication)
2- Tank filling operations management applications:
- Basic systems: Water Business Monitoring App.
- Advance systems: Integrated Water Business Full Automation.
IAN will continue developing Human-Machine Interface (HMI) with focus to bring matured and tested technologies in monitoring and controlling processes throughout the entire water cycles.
